This 2 1/2 day seminar is designed for beginning and intermediate level felony prosecutors. It covers the issues prosecutors face on a daily basis as they transition into general felony prosecution. Instructors focus on practice of felony prosecution and the nuts and bolts of a case from issuing through trial to sentencing, without delving into specialized felony case loads, such as gangs, sex crimes, and homicide. While some fundamental knowledge of felony prosecution is presumed, this seminar will help both new felony prosecutors and those more experienced fine tune their knowledge and enhance their trial skills.
